Our Policies

Tuition is charged by the semester. Lessons are 45 minutes and students are encouraged to come 15 minutes early or stay 15 late to observe the student before or after them. Students are also encouraged to record their lessons (voice memo) and to bring their music each week on an ipad or a hard copy for notes. Payments can be made in one, two, or three installments. There are no make ups for missed lessons, but we do allow trades if done in advance directly with the other student. Beverly must be included on the trade to make sure it works for everyone. (Think of your lesson day/time as a class and if you miss it due to illness, you do not get to make that class up. ) Because our studio is full, we do not have time in the week for makeup lessons.

If a student is feeling ill and/or showing symptoms of any kind (runny nose, coughing, sneezing, upset stomach, etc), the lessons will be conducted on Zoom and not in person.
